Portobello Caps
Piece of Pastrami - diced fine/shredded
Sauerkraut
scallions
Thousand Island
Caraway seed
Swiss Cheese
combine the pastrami ingredients (Pastrami, kraut, scallion, caraway and dressing)
toss Portobello caps with EVOO and smoke for an hour till tender
fill with the ingredients and top with cheese and put back in smoker till cheese is melted
