Cauliflower:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons ground mustard seeds
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Kosher salt and pepper
1 head cauliflower, stemmed and cut into 1/2-inch cross sections and cut into bite size portions
Combine all but the cauliflower in a plastic bag and mix well. Add the cauliflower and shake to coat. Roast in 450 degree oven about ten minutes, flip and do ten more minutes. Cauliflower should be golden.
Serve immediately.
