1 cup cheddar cheese or swiss
16 oz Canadian bacon diced (could use ham)
1 cup shredded potatoes
1/4-1/2 cup b�chamel (
1/6 cup of butter
1 1/2 tablespoons of arrowroot
1/2 cup of heavy cream
pinch teaspoon of salt
melt butter add arrowroot and whisk, cook 1 minute, stir in cream
and salt, bring to boil. Let simmer 1-2 minutes
