1 1/2 lb Fingerling Potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp anchovy paste
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Carolina reaper mash (you can use sriracha/chili paste)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1) preheat oven to 350
2) wash, dry and coat the potatoes with olive oil. arrange in a roasting pan and sprinkle with sea salt. Place in oven for 40 minutes.
3) make the Caesar sauce by combining the remaining ingredients and set aside
4) When potatoes are done, remove and top with the sauce mixing to coat well. Serve hot.
