2-3 chipotles from chipotle in adobo (to taste)
6-8 oz salsa (pick your favorite)
splash red wine
pinch garlic powder
6 oz or so of heavy cream
Blue cheese/gorgonzola crumbles

Optional, add 1/2-3/4 container of sliced mushrooms

Place chipotle and salsa in a blender or use hand blender till fairly smooth. Place in sauce pan and heat, when bubbly add red wine and garlic powder. Thoroughly incorporate and add the heavy cream. Heat thoroughly, let thicken, taste and season (if to strong add a bit more heavy cream). Add 1-2 oz of cheese crumbles and incorporate, taste again and season.

If using mushrooms, add them and cook till thoroughly softened and they have absorbed some of the sauce flavor, you may need to add a bit more cream/wine.

Serve over steak and add a few more crumbles on top.
