�8 ounces bacon
�1 cup diced cauliflower
�4 cups diced brussel sprouts
�1-2 cloves garlic finely diced
�small onion finely diced
�2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
�1 teaspoon thyme
�1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

In a skillet, brown the bacon. Set aside and chop. Carmelize the onion/garlic and then set aside. In the same skillet, add olive oil, brussel sprouts, cauliflower and saute 4-5 minutes. Add in dried thyme, chopped bacon, garlic/onion and balsamic vinegar.
