1.Place a pot filled halfway with water over a medium high flame and bring to a boil.
2.Add ramen and cook for 3 minutes.
3.Drain ramen, then run under cold water.
4.Place drained ramen to a bowl and add 1/2 packet of seasoning from ramen package.
5.Mix to combine.
6.In a small bowl whisk an egg to scramble then add to seasoned ramen. Mix to combine.
7.Spray two small bowls with non-stick spray, then divide ramen evenly between the two bowls.
8.Cover both bowls with plastic wrap and push down on the ramen to form buns.
9.Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
10.In a small frying pan over a medium flame add 1 tablespoon of oil, allow it to get hot.
11.Remove plastic wrap from one of the bowls and place it upside down into the pan.
12.Leave bowl in pan upside down for about a minute or until you hear the sizzle of the noodles in the hot oil.
13.Slowly remove the bowl and allow bun to fry for 4 minutes or until golden crisp on the edges.
14.Carefully flip bun and cook for an additional 4 minutes on the other side.
15.Remove bun from pan and place on a plate, while you cook the other bun by following steps 10 to 14.
16.Stack your ramen buns with the burger ingredients of your choice!
