Brown short ribs and set aside
Add the vegetables till aromatic
deglaze the pan and add about 1/2 cup of wine and let reduce
In crock pot place the ribs, vegetables, stock and red wine
Place in oven and cook 3 hours till meat is fall apart, save the stock.
Shred beef with ricotta and stuff the shells.
place b�chamel on bottom, stuffed shell on top, lightly top with beckemel and a handful of fontina/parmesan
bake till 15 and then broil till lightly browned |
