Mix cake ingredients together.
Spray pan with pam and flour, put into pre-heated oven, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
While it is baking, make the crumbs:
melt margarine, put all dry ingredients in bowl. add vanilla & margarine to dry ingredients. mix with hands to make desired crumb size. take cake out of oven and top w/crumbs. bake for 20 - 25 mins longer (i like my crumbs a bit darker). let it cool completely, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. (even better the next day, just cover w/foil). great to cut up, saran wrap and put in zipock and freeze |
