8 endive leaves
8 pear slices
8 walnut pieces
2-3 T goat cheese
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey + 2 tsp

Preheat oven to 350�.
Combine walnuts and 1 tablespoon honey; spread on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350� for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
Chop the walnuts and small dice the pears. Fold together the goat cheese, walnuts and pears, stuff the endives. Warm 2 tsp of honey (5 sec microwave) and blend with the balsamic. Drizzle over the stuffed endive.
