Preheat oven to 350. Arrange bread in a layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Place in oven and cook, stirring occasionally till toasted and lighty browned (15-20 minutes).
In a bowl combine tapenade, vengar, whisk together. Taste, add salt if necessary.
In a large bowl add lettuce, turkey, salami, cheese, tomatoes, olives and pepperoncini. Gently toss to combine, dress with the dressing and toss again. Top with croutons. |
