1/2 package(17.3 ounces) pepperidge farm pff past sheets thawed
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1 TBSP finely chopped scallions
1 fully cooked andouille sausace (3/4 of a 12 oz package) cut in half lengthwise
1 egg beaten
2 TBSP water

Preheat oven to 400
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Line a cutting board with parchment paper
Place thawed sheet of puff pastry on it.
Sprinkle cheese and scallions over the puff pastry.
Using a rolling pin press the scallions/cheese into the pastry, rolling over it 4-6 times.
Dived the pastry into 6 squares following the perforation already on the dough.
Roll each andouille sausage half in each puff pastry square.
Place on the bakng sheet.
combine the beaten egg and water and brush over the pastry.
Place in oven and cook until browned about 25 minutes.
Remove cool and serve.
