1. Cook cake, after it is cooled crumble into a large bowl
2. Mix crumbled cake thoroughly with 1 can cream cheese frosting. Using fingers is easiest, but messy.
3. Roll mixture into quarter sized balls and lay on cookie sheet (should make 4-50). You can use a mini ice cream scooper to make the balls.
4. Chill for several hours, to speed up put in freezer.
5. Melt chocolate in microwave per directions on the package. Use batches since it will harden/thicken if it sets to long.
6. Roll the balls in the melted chocolate and lay on wax paper till firm. (Use a spoon to dip the ball in the chocolate and tap off the extra). |
