6 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps garlic sliced
8 oz sausage sausage
1 lb broccolli florets steamed
12 oz baby spinach cleaned
12 oz cooked chicken breast (sliced)
salt/pepper to taste
pinch oregano
1 lb feettuccine nests
pinch red pepper flakes
1 oz chopped parsley
4 Tbsps parmesan

Add oil to saute pan, brown sausage and set aside. In the same pan saute the garlic. When lightly browned add the brocooli, spinach and Chicken. Add salt, pepper, red pepper and oregano. Add 1/4 cup of Water or White wine, stir well and cover. Prepare the fettucine, drain, plate. Add the sausage to the sauce and heat through, pour over the fettuccine and garnish with parsley, parmesan and more red pepper flakes.
