| 2 lb loin of pork 2 Tbsp Housson sauce 2 Tbsp ketchup 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup sugar or honey | |
| Slice pork into 1 1/2" strips/chunks. Marinade with hoisson, ketchup and soy and sugar or honey for 2 hours. Put in oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Baste serveral times. | |
