1 pkg oreos
1 cool whip
1 chocolate fudge sauce (caramel)
1 stick butter/margerine
1 ice cream (1/2 gallon)

melt butter and add to food processor with oreos and process. Line bottom of the pan with this mix. Spread softened ice cream on top. Add sauces on top of ice cream and then a layer of cool whip. Sprinkle with mini oreos on top and place in freezer for a bit.
