FILLING
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


CAKE
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract


1 FILLING:.
2 Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nuts together and set aside.
3 CAKE:.
4 Mix the cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil, food coloring, and almond together.
5 Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes; scrape and beat another minute.
6 Grease and flour a 10" tube pan.
7 Pour 1/3 of the batter in the pan.
8 Sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar mixture and then put another layer of batter, and another layer of sugar.
9 Top with batter.
10 Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or till done.
