Mix together softened cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapenos, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Lay eggroll flat and place a scoop of the mixture in the center, wet the outer edges with water. Witha corner facing you, fold the corners on the sides inward, then roll one of the non side corners inward and be sure to completely seal. Repeat.
Heat oil to 350 (about 1 inch deep). Fry eggrolls on each side 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. |
