1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 clove garlic minced
Zest and juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Add sour cream, chipotle peppers, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl or glass jar.
Drizzle over burritos.
