1⁄2 cup sour cream
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1 1⁄2 tablespoons spicy mustard
1 lemon, juice of
2 tablespoons horseradish (or to taste)
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika |

Make the mustard first: Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
When somewhat smooth, it's done, set aside to cool. |
