Grind all the meats, then the cheese. Place the meat in a bowl and liberally pepper. Put meat mixture in a bowl. Place the dough in the bowl and press the ground meat into the dough, coating well on all sides. Remove the dough fold edges in (left, right, top, bottom) and shape the dough into a roll and bake at 350 35-40 minutes or until golden. Remove, let cool, slice and top with a drizzle of olive oil, parmesan, and parsley/chive. |
