one 12 ounce bottle of beer. You can substitute 3/4 cup of wine, apple juice or apple cider for the beer, but it needs to be combined with an equal amount of water.
2 TBSP cider vinegar
1 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP Franks Hot Sauce
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp black pepper
2 crushed cloves garlic
1 medium chopped onlon
1/4 cup of vegetable oil

Combine all but the oil and let set at least a few hours or overnight. Add the vegetable oil. Brush/spray on the brisket every hour after the first 4 hours of smoking. If you are foiling add the sauce to the foil.
