1 lb linguine
1/2 cup Blue Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt/pepper to taste
1 lb uncooked medium shrimp peeled and deveined
Shredded Parmesan and fresh parsley to garnish

Cook Linguine per package instructions. In food processor combine remaining ingredients (excluding shrimp) and blend. Pour blended contents into a hot skillet, add shrimp and cook 5 minutes (or until shrimp turn pink). Drain pasta and top with shrimp mixture and garnish.
