If you were drying your shrimp for storage, you can rehydrate them before using them for recipes that call for regular shrimp. To do this, you will need 1/2 cup of boiling water for every cup of shrimp. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and put the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour. Then drain and store in the fridge until you're ready to use the reconstituted shrimp. |
