Breakfast


2 cups all purpose flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking sods
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk (or 1 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup cold seltzer for more fluff)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter melted

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl lightly beat the eggs, buttermilk, milk and butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry all at once and stir just to blend. The batter should be slighly lumpy and thick, let it rest 10 minutes.
