Boil pappardelle per directions, drain and set aside
Over medium heat heat olive oil, add shallots. Saute 3-5 minutes until softened. Add the Jack Daniels and flame. Keep pot moving, when flame dies down add heavy cream. next add peas and corn. Bring to boil and immediately lower heat to low, all the sauce to reduce and thicken. When it reaches a consistency you like, add the crab, shrimp and pappardelle and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season and serve. |
