Pasta/Rice


1 cup pappardelle pasta
2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
2 oz Jack Daniel's
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sweet green peas
1/2 cup corn niblets
1 cup lump crabmeat
2 large tiger shrimp uncooked and peeled
salt/pepper

Boil pappardelle per directions, drain and set aside
Over medium heat heat olive oil, add shallots. Saute 3-5 minutes until softened. Add the Jack Daniels and flame. Keep pot moving, when flame dies down add heavy cream. next add peas and corn. Bring to boil and immediately lower heat to low, all the sauce to reduce and thicken. When it reaches a consistency you like, add the crab, shrimp and pappardelle and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season and serve.

Sauce (minus seafood/pasta) would work well over chicken or veal.
