1 llb frozen raw shrimp peeled and deveined (40-50 count)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp cajun seasoning
4 tsp southern comfort Fiery pepper
pepper
salt
40 mini phylo/wanton shells
1/2 cup sour cream
paprika, finely chopped cilantro, finely chopped peppers

Defrost shrimp. Combine olive oil, cajun seasoning and southern comfort fiery pepper and marinade the shrimp in the mixture for 10 minutes.Saute in hot pan till cooked (3-4 minutes). Season with salt/pepper. Place a dollop of sour cream inside the shell, top with a shrimp, garnish with paprika, cilantro, peppers.
