Broccoli florets
1 clove garlic
ginger slices
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 Tbsp water
3 dashes sherry
Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup sugar

Parboil broccoli. In wok, heat oil add garlic smashed with cleaver and several slices of ginger. Cook. Add broccoli and sherry, and stir fry 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth, cornstarch and water. Stir until it thickens a little. Add sugar and oyster sauce to taste.
